Do I need to sign up if I am still working?
If you have "creditable" employer coverage, you can often delay Part B without penalties. However, COBRA is generally not considered creditable coverage. Give us a call to discuss your specific situation and needs to help prevent mistakes.
What are the costs for Medicare in 2026?
The standard 2026 medicare Part B premium is $202.90 per month, with an annual deductible of $283. Income can either increase (IRMAA) or even eliminate what you pay (Extra Help). We can walk you through the differences.
Will I be automatically enrolled?
If you are already receiving Social Security benefits, enrollment is usually automatic. If not, you must actively enroll via ssa.gov
Who qualifies for Medicare and your help?
Most people 65 and older qualify for Medicare. Some people qualify due to ing disabilities or dual eligible with Medicaid; we’ll review your situation together.
